Submit an issue to the Help Desk

Request technical support service and/or review the status of an existing service request.

Check the status of an existing service request

Enter your GT Account ID (example gt1234a) OR your last name in the provided fields. Provide the Request ID (example RQST12345678) in the Service Request ID field. After pressing the submit button, there will be a brief pause while your service request is retrieved. A web page will be displayed with the status of your service request. If you would like to update or change any information about your Service Request or you do not have your Request ID, please call the AUX-Services helpdesk at 404-385-3040.
